*Disability language can be a hot topic! 'Disabled people', 'people with disabilities' or 'people with an impairment’:  we understand that different people like different words. Many prefer 'disabled people' to reflect barriers in society or a strong disabled identity. We use ‘people with disabilities’ so you can find us online and because we see the person first, but acknowledge the impairment and the disability.

We are also a founding member of Kandu (www.kandugroup.com), a network of ethical disability organisations. Click on the Kandu Logo to find out more
