Your first session is called an assessment and costs £20. If you would like to book your first session with a counsellor, please put £20 in the 'Amount to Pay' box and follow the instructions. We will contact you to arrange date and time for your first session. The assessment gives you and the counsellor the chance to explore what you want from counselling to see if and how you can work together. For more information, please click here.
