Diet, health and exercise - support alongside Spokz People
Alongside the support we offer, there are other areas of your life that can improve your well being and mental state. Diet and nutrition, health and wellness, exercise and grooming are all important to look at. We can provide some basic support on these topics, but there are professionals who specialise in these areas, have disability experience and are familiar with what Spokz People do.

Christine offers 1-2-1 consultations on how much of what herbs to use to maximise change in your health. She practices in the USA, but works on Skype and via email with UK clients.
